Receiving
Upon arrival each unit is opened
and inspected for shipping damage or missing pieces. Then it is logged in
to our tracking system by serial and model numbers. The tracking
software gives each unit a tracking number and barcode so we can track
the unit in any part the repair process.

Cleaning
Then each unit goes to the cleaning department. The
top cover is removed and each unit is blown out to remove all of the
dust and dirt. This helps the unit to run cooler and last longer.

Repair Department. Then the units go to the repair
department. Where they are hooked up and the problem is verified. They are
then fixed and retested to make sure all functions work. We even make sure
the modem will call out.

Shipping
Then the units go to the shipping department where they
are physically inspected and packed for the return shipping. The shipping
department also handles the notification to you that your unit is ready to
be returned so you can pay for it and give any special shipping
instructions.
